About the Role
Are you passionate about haircare, beauty, and delivering exceptional customer experiences?
We are looking for a Retail Stylist to join a leading premium technology brand within the beauty and haircare sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, demonstrating innovative products, and providing expert styling advice.
As a Retail Stylist, you will act as a brand ambassador, creating memorable customer experiences while showcasing cutting-edge haircare technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and styling experiences for customers.
- Provide expert advice on haircare products and styling solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Identify individual customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Drive sales performance through proactive customer engagement and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Support in-store events and promotional activities.
- Share product knowledge and best practices with colleagues and key stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, haircare, or a customer-facing sales environment.
- A genuine passion for beauty, haircare, and styling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in engaging customers and delivering product demonstrations.
- Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- A proactive, positive, and enthusiastic approach.
- The ability to represent a premium brand professionally.
