Role Description

Self-Employed Full-Time or Part-Time on-site role based at The Curious Comb’s Greenwich salon, seeking a Hairstylist and a Barber. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing personalized hair consultations, cutting, coloring, styling, and recommending appropriate hair care treatments tailored to individual client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Hair Styling, including cutting, barbering, coloring, and treatment services.
  • Formal training or certification in Cosmetology, with up-to-date knowledge of industry techniques, trends, and safe product usage.
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to create positive client experiences and build long-term relationships.
  • Effective Communication skills to provide clear consultations, explain services, and collaborate with team members.
  • Experience working in a salon environment, preferably in a high-quality or award-winning setting.
  • Commitment to eco-conscious, ethical practices and an interest in sustainable beauty.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time, including weekends or evenings as needed, and to thrive in an inclusive, team-oriented environment.
