About the Role
We're looking for a creative individual to help deliver an outstanding marketing and events experience across our halls of residence. This varied role combines marketing, communications and event delivery, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on both prospective and current students.

- Play a key role in supporting major student recruitment activities
- Create engaging social media content that showcases life in our halls
- Design and deliver a vibrant programme of events and activities
Based within the Student Living team, you'll work closely with colleagues across the University. You'll spend part of each week with the External Relations team, collaborating on wider marketing initiatives and ensuring halls are effectively represented within the University's recruitment and communications campaigns.
About You
We're looking for an organised, creative and collaborative individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and engaging communications. You'll enjoy working in a dynamic environment, building positive relationships with others, and contributing to a welcoming and inclusive student community.
You'll bring:
- Experience of planning and delivering successful marketing campaigns
- Experience of planning and delivering activities and events programmes
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- The ability to plan and prioritise your own workload, work collaboratively with others, and adapt to changing priorities when required
Most importantly, you'll be enthusiastic about enhancing the student experience, bringing fresh ideas and a positive approach to creating a vibrant and supportive community within our halls of residence.
