Job Role
We're hiring for a Halo Analyst to join our IT Services team, based in Hockley, with hybrid working considered. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong platform analysis, administration and service management experience to take ownership of a critical business system and help shape how technology services are delivered across the organisation.
In this role, you'll act as the day-to-day product owner for Halo PSA, ensuring the platform effectively supports service delivery, customer requirements, reporting, data quality, and user experience. You'll be responsible for the administration, configuration, governance, and continual improvement of the platform, working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive efficiency and service excellence.
Working alongside the Service Desk Manager, Business Operations teams, technical colleagues, customers, and suppliers, you'll help optimise key service management processes including incident, request, problem, change, project, asset, knowledge, contract, and customer portal management.
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical and analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset. You'll be comfortable managing system configuration, developing reports and dashboards, improving processes, and supporting users to maximise adoption and value from the platform.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary of £40,000 to £42,500 and a fantastic benefits package including:

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary administrator and product owner for Halo PSA, maintaining the platform roadmap and backlog of improvements.
- Configure and manage workflows, permissions, SLAs, templates, notifications, forms, business rules, and platform settings.
- Enhance service management processes including incidents, requests, changes, projects, assets, knowledge management, and service catalogues.
- Develop and maintain operational, management, customer, SLA, project, and performance reporting dashboards.
- Monitor and improve data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy across the platform.
- Configure and improve customer portal experiences, self-service capabilities, and user adoption initiatives.
- Manage integrations with business and technical systems, ensuring reliability, security, and data integrity.
- Coordinate platform releases, updates, testing, supplier engagement, and continuous improvement activities.
Skills and Experience
- Experience administering Halo PSA or a comparable PSA, ITSM, or enterprise service management platform.
- Strong understanding of service management processes including ticketing, SLAs, customer portals, service catalogues, assets, contracts, and knowledge management.
- Experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms, templates, permissions, notifications, and approval processes.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support operational decision-making.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of integrations, authentication, data mapping, and synchronisation processes would be advantageous.
- Experience supporting platform upgrades, testing, user training, and adoption initiatives.
- Familiarity with ITIL and service management best practice would be beneficial.
