New Opportunity – HALO Systems Engineer – Remote
£60,000 - £80,000 - IT MSP (Internal role) - Remote
Role Purpose:
The HaloPSA Systems Engineer acts as the primary technical subject matter expert (SME) and platform owner for our core Professional Services Automation (HaloPSA) platform. You will not just use the system but will actively design, build, configure, and automate ticket lifecycles, billing workflows, client portals, and deeper API integrations. Your goal is to maximize platform efficiency, eliminate manual processes for our internal teams, and optimize our client service desk environment.

Technical Expertise:

- Core Platform: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on administration with HaloPSA
- API & Coding: Deep understanding of REST APIs, JSON data structures, and webhook logic; familiarity with Microsoft Graph API is highly valued.
- Scripting: Strong capabilities in PowerShell or equivalent scripting tools for environment automation.
- MSP Ecosystem: Experience aligning a PSA with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint), cloud infrastructure (Azure), and security frameworks
