Programme Testing Lead – Halo ITSM
Contract: Inside IR35
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Start Date: ASAP, initial 5 month contract
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Programme Testing Lead to own the end-to-end testing strategy for a large-scale Halo ITSM transformation programme, covering SIT, UAT, OAT and defect management across multiple phases and deployment waves.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the integrated testing strategy, plans, governance and quality gates.
- Manage SIT, UAT and OAT through execution, sign-off and go-live.
- Coordinate business, technical and supplier stakeholders across programme workstreams.
- Own defect triage, prioritisation, escalation, resolution and reporting.
- Provide senior stakeholders with visibility of testing progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Support operational readiness, Hypercare and successful service transition.

- Proven experience leading testing strategies on large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong SIT, UAT, OAT and defect management expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously, combining strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.
Desirable:
- HaloITSM, ITSM/ITIL, service transition and ISTQB experience.
