Guest Service Assistant

Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is recruiting a Guest Service Assistant to work Night shifts.

The perfect candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, ideally having worked in a hotel, bar or restaurant. This role is for 16-24 hours per week across 2 or 3 shifts and will include midweek, weekends and bank holidays. We want a confident communicator who brings personality and shine to our team.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

  • Working across all departments of the hotel including reception, bar & kitchen.
  • Checking guests in/out and managing bills & payments.
  • Serving alcohol, soft drinks, hot drinks & snacks.
  • Prepare and serve food from a limited simple menu.
  • Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet.
  • Overnight cleaning in the public areas of the hotel.
  • Helping guests & creating positive experiences.
  • Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely.

Useful Experience
