About the Role
As the Handy Person and depending on which team you are placed your manager will be our Site Manager or Team Leader. You will work 37 hours a week on a permanent basis, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area.
The Property Investment Team provide an integrated service which delivers planned improvements within our properties working in a safe, efficient and value for money service to our customers. The team have their own workforce and utilise a variety of sub-contractors to meet the demands of the customer. Primarily team members are engaged in high volumes of properties across the Vico Homes operating area.

What You’ll Do
To ensure we meet the demand of our customer and offer an exceptional service, you will:
- Team up with tradespeople to carry out any associated construction tasks safely.
- Ensure good housekeeping, cleanliness and tidiness is kept on the respective work stream.
- Completing tasks associated with damp, mould and condensation related repairs.
What We’re Looking For
The Property Investment Team are looking for someone to join our established team and work closely with our existing tradespeople to complete high volumes of work. We are looking for individuals who want to work for a great organisation, have the skillset to perform basic tasks associated with property improvement. You need to be an energetic, driven and committed individual who can complete work safely whilst meeting operational and customer service performance targets.
