Job Description: Handyman
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Self Employed Carpenter who can also carry out general maintenance and repair across our properties. This role offers the flexibility of self-employment while delivering vital support to ensure our properties remain functional, safe, and well-maintained.
Typical work may include:
- Carpentry and joinery
- General repairs and maintenance
- Painting and decorating
- Minor plumbing and carpentry
- Fixing doors, locks, handles and fittings
- Flat-pack assembly and general installation
- Basic electrical jobs where appropriately qualified
- General property upkeep and odd jobs
