Experienced Handyman Required - Flagship Residential Project | Southampton
Immediate Start | Temp Role Until Mid-September | £12.71 Per Hour
Are you an experienced Handyman looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a flagship residential development in Southampton and require a reliable, skilled Handyman to join the team immediately.
The Role
Working on a large residential complex, you will play a key role in ensuring properties are completed to a high standard ahead of handover deadlines. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently are essential.

Duties Include:
- Carrying out snagging works on completed residential units
- General handyman and maintenance tasks
- Minor repairs and finishing works
- Ensuring properties are ready for occupation
- Working to tight project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
What We're Looking For:
- Previous handyman or multi-trade experience
- Strong snagging experience within residential projects
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
