ROLE: Handyman
LOCATION: West London, W10
PAY RATE: £20 to £22 Hourly under CIS
CONTRACT: Contract 6 Months
HOURS: 37 Hours per Week
The Role
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join the team on a temporary contract. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across occupied and void properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role involves working with battery-operated tools and undertaking a range of general trade duties.

- Carry out general maintenance and repair works across residential and commercial properties.
- Complete basic carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks.
- Use battery-operated tools safely and effectively.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Report defects, completed works, and any issues to site management.
- Work collaboratively with site teams and follow project schedules.
- Adhere to company policies and client procedures at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (appropriate to the work being undertaken)
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Working at Height Certificate
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate (UKATA Accredited)
- Face Fit Test Certificate
- Experience carrying out general multi-trade maintenance works
- Ability to safely use battery-operated tools

Desirable Skills
- Previous experience working on social housing or property maintenance contracts.
- Experience working within occupied properties.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential).
