What You’ll Do
- No two days are the same!! One day you may be supporting a customer with a HAP workbook within a service the next day you may be doing the same out in the community enjoying a coffee at the same time.
- You will be working with Customers from a whole range of backgrounds, some with complex support requirements so every day will be different and may not go as you planned.
- If you do find yourself with some spare time you will be promoting the HAP, calling potential customers and promoting Home Achievement Program with relevant external agencies.
- Being proactive and ensuring that all customers engaged have clear and achievable expectations for submitting completed workbooks and clear guidance for future involvement with the HAP.

You have
- A passion to support our customers to live their best life, working collaboratively with an eye for detail.
- The energy and drive to support our customers to learn new skills and improve confidence.
- The ability to work on your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to monitor your own and learner's performance.
- Suitable learner Qualifications preferred but not essential.

The practical bits
- Temporary (7 months contract), full time (37.5 hpw).
- You'll work Monday to Friday with flexible working hours when needed, managing your own diary.
- Hybrid role based from Eastlands Peterborough.
- You need an Enhanced with barring list / Standard / Basic DBS check (we pay).
