About The Role
We are looking for a Hard Goods / Industrial Designer who will be responsible for the complete craft: structural design, seam/weld construction & integrity, material & finish selection, print specs (size, placement, technique), drop/transit validation, and the full open/reuse customer experience. You will work on the 3D industrial design of hard goods (shakers, bottles, boxes) and size-ratio implementation for launch.

What you will do:
- Design functional and visually strong packaging concepts, including structural/dieline solutions
- Prepare production-ready packaging files and coordinate print production, finishes, and material selection
- Develop packaging constructions including seam & seal solutions (heat / ultrasonic welding)
- Create 3D packaging concepts and prototypes using CAD/design tools
- Contribute to sustainable packaging and premium unboxing/customer experience initiatives
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience in 3D product and industrial design
- Proven ability to take products from concept through prototyping, technical development and manufacturing
- Good understanding of materials, construction methods, tooling and production limitations
- Experience collaborating with suppliers, engineers and manufacturers
