At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, digital is more than visibility — it is about turning attention into action, experiences into bookings, and great campaigns into measurable commercial results.
We are currently looking for a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition and revenue strategy across the hotel and its F&B, wellness, and retail outlets.
🎯 YOUR MISSION
Take the lead on our digital commercial strategy, driving direct bookings, revenue, and return on investment across digital channels while continuously finding smarter ways to connect our audiences with the Hard Rock experience.
📌 What You’ll Do
- Lead digital acquisition and revenue strategy across the hotel, F&B, wellness, and retail outlets
- Drive measurable revenue growth and increase direct bookings across digital channels
- Work closely with Revenue, Sales, and Marketing to deliver a strong commercial-first digital strategy
- Manage and optimise digital advertising, PPC, email marketing, and other acquisition channels
- Oversee OTA content and ensure digital presence is accurate, engaging, and commercially effective
- Manage traditional SEO alongside emerging Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
- Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, ROI, and other key digital performance indicators
- Translate data and performance insights into clear actions and commercial opportunities
- Manage retained and project-based external agencies, ensuring performance, accountability, and value
- Lead agency RFP and procurement processes when required
- Use AI and emerging technologies to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and scale digital output
- Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm changes, consumer behaviour, and new technologies

💡 What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in digital marketing, digital acquisition, performance marketing, or a related commercial role
- A clear commercial mindset with experience driving revenue, conversions, and ROI
- Strong knowledge of PPC, digital advertising, email marketing, SEO, and digital analytics
- Understanding of emerging search strategies, including AEO and GEO
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools to improve workflows and digital marketing output
- Experience managing external agencies and digital partners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into commercial action
- Leadership capability and readiness to line-manage
- A proactive, self-starting approach with the confidence to identify gaps and implement solutions
- Ability to remain calm, analytical, and professional in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related commercial field would be considered an asset but is not essential
