At Hard Rock Hotel Malta

Food & Beverage brings energy to every space—from restaurants and bars to events and live experiences. Our F&B team delivers service that is confident, fast-paced, and guest-focused, in line with Hard Rock standards.

We are currently recruiting Food & Beverage Operations Team Members to support daily service across the hotel’s outlets and event spaces.

Role allocation will be based on experience, skills, and operational requirements.

What we’re looking for:

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel environment (preferred)
  • Confidence working in high-volume, fast-paced operations
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
