db Group, a leader in the hospitality and leisure industry, is proud to announce the recently opened 5-star Hard Rock Hotel Malta, located in the heart of St. Julian’s.
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and highly motivated Kids Club Manager to lead our Kids Club operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who combines creativity, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for children and families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a safe, engaging, and exceptional Kids Club experience while leading the team, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring that every young guest enjoys a memorable stay.
🎸 Job Role
- Lead, manage, and develop the Kids Club team, ensuring a positive, professional, and engaging environment.
- Plan, organize, and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities and entertainment programs for children.
- Ensure the highest standards of child safety, supervision, safeguarding, and wellbeing at all times.
- Oversee the daily operation of the Kids Club, including staffing, scheduling, equipment, and activity planning.
- Create a welcoming and memorable experience for children and families, in line with Hard Rock Hotel Malta’s service standards.
- Maintain excellent communication with parents and guardians, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that all activities, facilities, and equipment comply with applicable health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Manage the Kids Club budget, resources, and supplies effectively.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to enhance the overall family guest experience.
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously identify opportunities to improve the Kids Club offering.

🎤 Requirements
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a Kids Club, childcare, leisure, hospitality, or family entertainment environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and creating engaging, memorable experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Good knowledge of child safeguarding, health and safety, and age-appropriate activity planning.
- Ability to remain calm, responsible, and professional in a busy environment.
- Creative, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Relevant childcare, education, first aid, or safeguarding qualifications will be considered an asset.
- Applicants must be currently based in Europe and already have the legal right to work in Malta.
