We’re looking for a Reservations Manager to join the iconic Hard Rock Hotel Malta and ensure our booking process hits all the right notes.

🎯 Your Mission

As our Reservations Manager, you’ll oversee the reservations department, ensuring a seamless booking journey for our guests across rooms, suites, restaurants and events. You’ll lead the team with efficiency and energy, turning inquiries into unforgettable stays and experiences.

📞 What You’ll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the reservations team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all bookings
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue while delivering top-class service
  • Monitor booking channels (direct, OTA, GDS) and optimise distribution for performance
  • Train, motivate and supervise the reservations team to maintain high service standards
  • Analyse reservations data, forecast demand and provide reports to management
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Front Office teams to align strategies and guest experience
  • Handle VIP bookings, special requests and complex group reservations with care and precision

💡 What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ experience in hotel reservations or front office, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of reservations systems and channel management tools (Opera or similar)
  • Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of revenue management principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a guest-first mindset
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Positive, dynamic and ready to bring the Hard Rock vibe to every interaction 🎶
