About the Role
As part of the opening team at Hard Rock Hotel Malta, the Sales team plays a key role in driving business growth and building strong client relationships. From corporate accounts to group bookings and strategic partnerships, this team ensures revenue targets are met while maintaining the brand’s standards and reputation.
We are currently recruiting Sales Team Members to support commercial strategy, client engagement, and revenue development across the hotel.
This vacancy includes opportunities for the following Sales roles:
- Sales Manager
- Sales Coordinator
- Revenue Manager

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate brings:
- A strong interest in hospitality sales and commercial strategy
- Previous experience in hotel sales, events coordination, or a commercial role (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- A proactive, target-driven approach
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to support business needs, including client meetings and site visits where required
