At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, every unforgettable stay starts with a safe and secure environment. Our Security Team plays a key role in protecting our guests, our team members, and the legendary vibe that defines Hard Rock.
We are currently looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team and help maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment across the hotel.
🎯 YOUR MISSION
Lead by example and support the day-to-day security operation, ensuring a safe, secure, and seamless environment where guests can relax, celebrate, and experience Hard Rock with confidence.
📌 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day security operations and the Security Team on shift
- Monitor and safeguard hotel premises, guests, team members, and assets
- Respond to incidents promptly and handle situations with professionalism, discretion, and control
- Conduct regular patrols and ensure compliance with security and safety procedures
- Guide and support Security Officers during their shifts
- Prepare clear and accurate incident reports and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Work closely with operational departments to support daily hotel operations and events
- Maintain a visible and professional presence throughout the property
- Uphold Hard Rock standards while maintaining a calm, confident, and approachable manner

💡 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Valid Maltese Security Licence (mandatory)
- Previous experience in hospitality, corporate, or large-scale security environments
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong judgement, situational awareness, and decision-making skills
- Professional communication skills and confidence under pressure
- Ability to lead a team and respond effectively to challenging situations
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- A disciplined and reliable professional with the right balance of authority and approachability
