Job Description

Hardware Electronics Engineer for Production

Join us as a Hardware Electronics Engineer for Production, where you’ll play a pivotal role at the intersection of innovation and manufacturing, ensuring cutting-edge products move seamlessly from R&D to production. Collaborate globally, influence product lifecycle stages, and contribute to transformative animal health technologies.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead design for manufacturing (DFM) of electronic components and systems, ensuring scalable, reliable production.
  • Work closely with R&D teams and manufacturing partners worldwide to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ongoing product lifecycle management.
  • Engage hands-on with hardware systems, embedded interfaces, networks, and instrumentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues through system-level debugging and testing.
  • Communicate technical solutions effectively in both Hebrew and English, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

Required Skills

  • Deep expertise in electronic design and DFM principles.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronic board design utilizing Altium or OrCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics components, PCB/PCBA design, batteries, RF, IR, testing methods, and ATE.
  • Extensive experience working within compliance and regulatory standards globally.
  • Proven ability to collaborate in matrixed, international organizations and to work effectively in cross-cultural teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • Hands-on hardware expertise in embedded interfaces, networks, instrumentation, debugging, and system integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, “hands-on” approach.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience with SQA and LabVIEW tools.
  • Knowledge of RF communication and connected (smart) device products.
  • Background working on complex multidisciplinary projects requiring advanced technical understanding.
  • Experience managing external vendors, subcontractors, CMO production teams, and procurement processes for prototypes and testers.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in hardware electronics development and production.
