About the Role
Our client is a leading London based healthcare surgery which is expanding and looking for a Patient Admissions Executive to manage the new patient journey from first enquiry through to paid consultation.
Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for:
- Responding quickly to inbound enquiries
- Qualifying patients and requesting photos/details
- Following up consistently by phone, email and WhatsApp
- Helping patients understand the next step and consultant options
- Booking paid consultations
- Reactivating older leads
- Recording lost-lead reasons and keeping CRM data accurate

Requirements

Performance Metrics
Success will be measured primarily by lead-to-consultation conversion, speed of follow-up and quality of patient experience.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role. The company is based on Harley Street but you can work from home 3-4 days a week and come into the office 1-2 days a week.
