Harvard Model Congress (HMC) es una simulación del sistema legislativo de Estados Unidos organizada por estudiantes de Harvard. A diferencia del MUN (que simula la ONU), el HMC simula el Congreso de EE.UU. — la Cámara de Representantes, el Senado y comités del gabinete.
