Harvesting Territory Sales Manager

Responsible for Ireland & Northern Ireland – (Field - Based Role)

We are looking for a Harvesting Territory Sales Manager to join our UK & Ireland Agriculture Division.

Your mission is to drive the strategic growth of our combine and forager business by serving as a harvesting equipment sales specialist, building strong customer relationships, and supporting dealers in the effective implementation of the sales process to maximise customer success, sales performance and market share.

Your Responsibilities Covering Harvesting Products

  • Take full commercial responsibility for achieving sales targets and growing market share within the assigned product portfolio.
  • Support dealer teams in developing and executing sales plans, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding opportunities with key accounts.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to dealer partners on product, sales, and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage company assets effectively to maximise return on investment and support business objectives.
  • Assist with the delivery of sales training programmes, product demonstrations, and new product launches.
  • Gather, analyse, and communicate market opportunities, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to support business strategy.
  • Review product-related sales and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Act as a product ambassador, promoting the company's harvesting solutions and supporting customers throughout the sales process.

What Skills Do You Need

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and willing to travel as required by the role.
  • Confident and effective presenter, capable of delivering engaging presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Commercially astute, with a sound understanding of business drivers and customer needs.
  • A full driving licence is essential for this role.

Education And Experience

  • Educated to degree level in agriculture, agricultural engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline is desirable.
  • Proven experience working with large-scale agricultural machinery, harvesting equipment, or other heavy mobile plant equipment.
  • Strong technical understanding of agricultural operations, machinery maintenance, and equipment performance.
  • Practical experience within the agricultural, farming, or agricultural machinery sectors would be advantageous.
