We’re looking for a Hatchery Operative to join our Hygiene team at our Hatchery in Shobdon, Herefordshire!
No experience necessary, full training is provided!
About The Role
As a Hatchery Operative, working as part of the Hatchery Team, you’ll help assist the hatchery and play a key role in the daily duties which are fundamental to our entire business.
- Cleaning all equipment after use to the required high standards
- Safeguarding bio security and following these strict procedures
- Observing bird welfare and health and safety on site at all times

- A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
- Relevant experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.

- £13.25 per hour plus £0.99 shift premium.

Working Hours
Sunday-Friday on a 5 week rotation - 24hrs per week

- Thursday 1430 - 2030
