Hazardous Area Services Manager
ACES GLOBAL QUALITY SERVICES SPA is looking for someone to help manage and grow our Hazardous Area Services work, supporting clients with Ex equipment inspection and compliance activities.
This role would suit someone who understands hazardous area work and enjoys keeping projects organised. A large part of the job involves coordinating inspectors and assignments, managing client communication, using reporting systems, checking reports and documentation, and making sure deliverables are issued accurately and on time.

What you’ll do:
- Support hazardous area inspection coordination, assignments and the inspectors carrying them out
- Act as a point of contact for clients, inspectors and our internal teams
- Review inspection reports and supporting documentation before submission
- Maintain project records, equipment registers and verification documentation
- Support enquiries, proposals and the development of our services
What we’re looking for:
- Experience coordinating inspection, engineering, QA/QC or similar technical work
- A working understanding of hazardous area equipment and Ex requirements
- Confidence using digital systems, Microsoft Office and report workflows
- Strong organisation, written communication and attention to detail
- The ability to manage a busy inbox and several assignments at once
