Manager – H&B North America Regional Sales Operations Support Specialist
The Role
As a H&B North America Regional Sales Operations Support Specialist you will provide support to the H&B business region leader and their regional sales community focusing on pipeline management, CRM data quality, account planning, sales enablement and client onboarding.
This position reports to the HWC NA Sales Operations Leader in collaboration with the H&B NA Sales Leader and H&B NA Region Leader.
- Serves as a key partner to the H&B NA Region Leader, supporting regional growth and client retention through strong pipeline management, reporting and data insights.
- Supports the H&B NA Region Leader with account planning activities, clients at risk processes and targeting/segmentation analysis.
- Provides support to H&B sellers within the region – answering process questions, troubleshooting tools, client onboarding support and assisting with CRM data hygiene.
- Assists with client input and interview processes within the region to increase participation and enhance leadership visibility into client feedback.
- Drives adoption of sales operations tools and processes within the region and provides improvement suggestions to the global HWC Sales Operations team.
- Collaborates with H&B NA lead generation colleagues on data and process issues.
- Under the guidance of the HWC NA Sales Operations Leader, coordinates selected H&B NA sales operations processes across regions, partnering with other H&B NA Sales Operations Regional Support Specialists to drive consistency, share best practices and support initiatives such as net promoter score processes, CRM training programs and sales campaigns. Where needed, this may extend to coordinating H&B-related sales operations activities beyond the US.
- Incorporates AI and automation into everyday work and adapts to evolving needs of the business and sales operations function.
- When needed, support HWC Global Sales Operations priority initiatives and special projects which benefit HWC globally from an efficiency and/or effectiveness perspective.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Experience in supporting Sales Operations, Business Development, account teams, or similar commercial functions.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems including pipeline hygiene, contact/account management, and data quality practices.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills; able to build, interpret, and communicate pipeline and performance insights.
- Proficiency with MS suite and AI tools (e.g, Copilot) and comfort learning new sales enablement platforms.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized, proactive and responsive; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A great team player who is comfortable collaborating with colleagues at all levels supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and stepping in to help ensure team commitments are met.
- Demonstrated professional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive client and commercial information.
- Adherence to WTW values: client focus, teamwork, integrity, respect and excellence.

Compensation and Benefits
Benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000.00 to $115,000.00 USD.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
