About the Role

Redfaire is looking for an experienced HCM Consultant to join our team and support the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud projects for our clients.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business HR requirements and technical software capabilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, design and configure Oracle HCM solutions, support implementations and upgrades, and provide guidance on leading practices and system functionality.

The role requires a customer-focused approach, strong documentation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements from clients and HR teams and map business processes to Oracle Cloud functionality.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Benefits.
  • Develop test scripts, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and identify and resolve system gaps or defects.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance, including troubleshooting end-user queries and supporting quarterly system upgrades and regression testing.
  • Create user guides and deliver training sessions to support effective system adoption.
  • Advise clients on Cloud processes, configuration options, roadmaps, and leading practices.
  • Support functional leadership and provide guidance to clients on Oracle HCM functionality.
  • Assist with pre-sales activities, including client demonstrations.
  • Contribute to project plans and PMO processes, both internally and with clients.
  • Apply structured Cloud Project Implementation methodologies to support project delivery.
  • Support the extraction of data for weekly reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams and contribute to mentoring junior team members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
