About The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Services Consulting team as an Implementation Consultant. In this role, you'll work with our enterprise clients to implement Dayforce HCM, focusing on time, attendance, scheduling, and payroll connectors that directly impact how organizations manage and pay their people.

This is a client-facing consulting role where you'll help customers solve business challenges, support solution design activities, and guide them through key stages of their Dayforce implementation. If you enjoy working collaboratively, learning new technologies, and helping organizations improve how they manage and pay their people, we'd love to meet you.

The Implementation Consultant supports the design and delivery of the Dayforce HCM solution to meet customer requirements and contributes to project activities throughout all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support).

The Implementation Consultant works closely with Senior Consultants and Project Managers to deliver successful customer outcomes. Responsibilities include supporting requirements gathering, configuring Dayforce solutions, facilitating customer workshops, identifying and escalating risks, and assisting customers throughout their implementation journey.

Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.

What You'll Get To Do

Provide Implementation Services to customers:

  • Document and validate customers' HCM business requirements and map them to Dayforce functionality
  • Configure Dayforce solutions to meet documented customer requirements
  • Support solution design activities and contribute to configuration recommendations
  • Set up and configure exports from Dayforce to our EMEA in-country payroll partners
  • Liaise with in-country payroll partners to ensure payroll data is successfully integrated from Dayforce to third-party payroll platforms
  • Participate in customer workshops and consulting sessions (remote and in-person); produce design documents and meeting minutes
  • Share Dayforce best practices and provide guidance aligned with standard product capabilities
  • Support customer testing cycles, investigate issues, and help drive resolution activities
  • Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise, including post-implementation support activities
  • Collaborate with Senior Consultants and cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones and customer outcomes
  • Attend internal project meetings and provide status updates on assigned activities and deliverables

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
