Partnership Sales Manager – HCM (Learning Technologies & Strategic Alliances)

Role Overview
The Partnership Sales Manager – HCM will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with leading learning technology providers, including Cornerstone, Docebo, Sana Labs, Litmos, Bealink, Degreed, and other ecosystem partners.
The role will focus on generating implementation and managed learning services opportunities through partner channels while working collaboratively with NIIT’s MLS Business Development and Account teams. This individual will act as the commercial interface between NIIT and its technology partners, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Management
- Build and manage executive and field-level relationships with learning technology partners.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with strategic partners.
- Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and partnership planning sessions.
- Identify growth opportunities and expand NIIT’s position as the preferred implementation and services partner.

Pipeline & Revenue Generation
- Drive partner-generated implementation and managed services opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture opportunities sourced through partner ecosystems.
- Collaborate with partner sales teams to uncover customer needs and position NIIT services.
- Maintain visibility into partner pipelines and forecast opportunities accurately.
Sales Enablement & Solution Positioning
- Educate partner sales and customer success teams on NIIT capabilities, implementation expertise, and MLS offerings.
- Support joint discovery sessions and solution discussions with prospective clients.
- Develop implementation value propositions aligned with partner platforms.
- Assist in solution design, scope definition, and commercial positioning.
Collaboration with MLS Sales Teams
- Partner closely with MLS Business Development Directors (BDDs) and Account Executives.
- Support named account pursuits while ensuring clear ownership and collaboration.
- Participate in account planning, deal strategy discussions, and opportunity reviews.
- Facilitate alignment between partner-generated opportunities and NIIT sales teams.
Market Representation
- Represent NIIT at partner conferences, customer events, webinars, and industry forums.
- Build market awareness of NIIT’s implementation and managed services capabilities.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Human Resources, Learning Technologies, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of enterprise sales, alliance management, channel sales, or strategic partnership experience.
- Experience working with HCM, LMS, Talent Management, or Learning Technology platforms.
- Proven success managing technology partnerships and indirect sales channels.
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and professional services engagements.
- Strong understanding of Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR Technology ecosystems.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with platforms such as Cornerstone, Docebo, Degreed, Litmos, Sana Labs, Bealink, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HCM technologies.
- Background in Learning Services, Consulting, SaaS, HR Technology, or Professional Services organizations.
- Experience collaborating with enterprise sales teams and channel partners.
