Role Description
The HCPC Registered Psychologist at New Ganesh will provide remote psychological services, including assessment, formulation, and intervention for individuals with a range of mental health concerns.
- Autism and ADHD assessment.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting virtual clinical interviews
- Administering and interpreting psychological assessments
- Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions

The psychologist will:

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals
- Contribute to treatment planning
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in line with HCPC standards
This part-time remote role also involves:
- Participating in case discussions
- Engaging in clinical supervision
- Supporting service development informed by current research and best practice
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based models to diverse client needs.
- Competence in Counseling and psychological support, including delivering structured interventions and therapeutic modalities.
- Experience with Psychological Assessment, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized tools.
- Relevant background in Medicine or healthcare settings, enabling effective collaboration with other health professionals.
- Current HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist (or eligibility and commitment to obtain/maintain registration).
- Recognized postgraduate qualification in Psychology (e.g., Clinical, Counseling, Health, or related specialty).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, including strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sensitivity to diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development and supervision.
- Experience with digital platforms for telehealth and electronic record-keeping is highly beneficial.
