Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Housing Disrepair Team Leader who will be based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide, and getting the best results for their clients.

We are currently looking for someone to come in and oversee a team who are handling a caseload of pre and post litigated housing disrepair matters. Experience of Personal Injury would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Managing capacity and ensuring workloads are distributed evenly across the team.
- Support, develop, and motivate the team through holding regular 1-2-1’s and meetings.
- Ensuring that a high-level quality of service is provided at all times.
- Embody and be a keen ambassador for the firm's values.
- Progressing your caseload to ensure that clients receive appropriate and professional legal advice in a timely and efficient manner, whilst managing their expectations.
- Manage your own caseload from inception to completion.
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets and to prioritise a varied caseload.
About You
- Ability to positively motivate and support team members.
- Previous housing disrepair experience is essential.
- Target driven whilst maintaining exceptional client care.
- Confident when working to targets.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the CPR and Housing Conditions case law.
- Ability to provide a high level of client care.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, as part of a team, and using one’s own initiative.
