Contract: Full time
Take the lead in coffee excellence
We’re looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee offer and create an outstanding customer experience from the first cup to the last.
If you’re passionate about quality coffee, love developing others and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, this is an exciting opportunity to make your mark.
Job Description
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the coffee bar and setting the standard for service
- Preparing and serving excellent-quality beverages
- Coaching and supporting team members
- Keeping the coffee area clean, stocked and beautifully presented
- Managing stock, displays and service flow
- Handling tills and cash accurately
- Delivering warm, engaging customer experiences
- Supporting the wider team and daily operation
- Act as the on-shift lead, modelling best practice and supporting colleagues
- Conduct weekly stock takes for coffee, syrups, milk, disposables, and equipment
- Manage ordering levels to ensure availability while minimising waste
- Track usage trends and report to the Restaurant Manager

- Strong barista experience
- A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
- Confidence leading by example
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
