Head Bartender
Beaverbrook is a collection of two luxury hotels; our estate surrounded by the Surrey Hills and our Town House in central London. The Garden House and Garden House Cottages are the epitome of English country charm. An eclectic combination of locally sourced ingredients create Anglo Italian inspired dishes and cocktails, where menus move with the Kitchen Garden’s season.
We are looking for a Head Bartender who wants to work in an unforgettable environment, providing an enchanting experience to our guests.
Who you are:
- You’ll have extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and other beverages, with a creative flair for developing new drinks and perfecting classic cocktails.
- Intuitive, with immaculate attention to detail and consistency, always rising to the challenge during busy periods.
- An advanced mixologist, with a thorough understanding of cocktail preparation, presentation, and beverage trends.
- An exceptional listener and communicator, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues.

What you'll be doing:
- Using your creativity and advanced mixology knowledge, to create a bespoke cocktail list for The Garden House.
- Ensuring all beverage orders are fulfilled in a friendly and timely manner.
- You will set and maintain the first-class standards for our bartending team, ensuring every cocktail is finished to perfection.
- Promoting good employee morale and encouraging the Bar team to have high levels of commitment, even when under pressure.
Shift Pattern:
This position will consist of 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will be able to work any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends).
The shift pattern for this position will typically consist of: 10:00-19:00, 15:00-01:00 or 16:00-01:00, with some variation dependent upon business needs.

Salary:
£28,000 per annum plus Tronc
