Across the company we have an exceptional record for career progression. As a result of this an internal promotion has created a vacancy for an experienced Head Bartender to join our team at Riding House Fitzrovia.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a an individual who is passionate about drinks and customer service with excellent organisational skills including stock management.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers is essential.
- We want someone with natural charisma, who will extend warmth to guests and colleagues.
- You should have experience working in a similar role for a high volume restaurant.
