Company Description

L'oscar London is an exclusive luxury hotel housed in a magnificently restored former Baptist Church in the heart of the city. Designed by renowned French architect Jacques Garcia, the property showcases opulent Baroque interiors and meticulous attention to detail. The hotel offers 39 individually styled bedrooms, including 18 suites, along with the decadent L'oscar Restaurant, Baptist Bar, and distinctive event spaces for both intimate and larger gatherings. Its theatrical, French-inspired design set within a historic British building creates a dramatic and luxurious urban escape for guests seeking a memorable stay.

Winner of the Sunday Times Best Hotel 2018 in London and Europe’s leading new boutique hotel in 2019 at the World Travel Awards. L’oscar London is looking to recruit passionate new recruits to be part of the team and is currently recruiting for a Head Bartender to be an integral part of the team.

Role Description

As the Head Bartender, you will be part of a team to deliver a personal, tactful and friendly service, anticipating guest needs, creating a homely ambience in a sophisticated environment to achieve an elegant and comfortable experience.

Reporting to the F&B and Operations Manager, the Head Bartender will have proven experience in a quality bar, good cocktail knowledge as well as a strong passion for exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Bar in the restaurant
  • Stock take and requisitions
  • Supporting the F&B and Operations Manager in the day to day running of the bar
