Head Chartered Accountant

We're seeking a Head Chartered Accountant to take full ownership of our accounting, tax compliance, and internal audit functions, while also driving the implementation of an ERP system across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure timely, accurate completion of all UK tax filings
  • Conduct internal audits of company accounts and financial controls
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and rollout of an ERP system
  • Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Liaise with external auditors, HMRC, and other regulatory bodies as required
  • Partner with senior management on financial reporting and strategic decisions

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent Chartered Accountant qualification)
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in UK accounting and tax
  • Proven experience implementing or working within ERP systems
  • Strong people management experience — able to lead teams and deliver results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hindi language proficiency preferred
  • Must be able to work on-site in our London office, Monday to Friday
