Head Chef – The All Inn
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The All Inn.
As part of Dodo Pub Co, we’re known for top-notch burgers, authentic Neapolitan pizzas, and unbeatable vibes. At our core, we’re neighbourhood pubs serving food and drink we’re 100% proud of—delivered by people who genuinely care about what they do.
🍻 From the Bar
We serve a standout selection of craft beers, wines, and cocktails—poured by knowledgeable, passionate staff for customers who appreciate quality and community.
🍕 From the Kitchen
Our kitchen is all about flavour and consistency. We serve:
- Authentic Neapolitan pizzas cooked at 450°C in our pizza oven
- Proper, juicy burgers
- Brunch favourites and crave-worthy sides

🔥 What We’re Looking For
As Head Chef, you’ll be the heartbeat of the kitchen. We’re looking for someone who:
- Owns their pub – takes pride and responsibility in every detail
- Leads from the front – motivates, supports, and develops their team
- Lives the Dodo values – champions product quality, customer experience, and high standards
- Thrives under pressure – stays calm, solution-focused, and positive
- Knows their numbers – manages costs, drives revenue, and hits targets
💰 What You’ll Get
- £35,000 – £39,000 salary (plus tips)
- Service charge (100% goes to the team – typically £200–£250/month full-time)
- Paid overtime
