Role Overview
Location: High Wycombe, United Kingdom
Pay: £15-£16 per hour (Term time only - 38 working weeks)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the school kitchen team of five to deliver delicious, nutritious meals
- Planning and preparing food for approximately 500 students, mainly during term time
- Ensuring all meals meet allergen and dietary requirements, including Halal standards
- Overseeing daily service, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations
- Handling all aspects of kitchen operation to maintain high standards and efficiency

Main Skills Needed
- Proven experience in a similar head chef or senior catering role, ideally within a school or communal environment at scale
- Strong knowledge of allergen management and dietary requirements, including Halal catering
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to oversee a small catering team effectively
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage kitchen operations smoothly
- Passion for creating quality, wholesome meals for a diverse group of diners
