Ideally you will have 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Good collaboration skills are essential as part of the wider Wilde team What you can do for us: You will be responsible for developing and execution of our all-day dining menu;- with a focus on high quality, health conscious and locally sourced produce to delight our guests, whether they be staying with us, or popping in to meet with their friends, family or colleagues. Overall management of the small kitchen team, maintaining food costs and inventory, organising tastings with support from our culinary consultant, ensuring high standards of guest service and safety, supporting team learning and development, compliance, P&L management, ensure allergens are up to date, and supporting the Head of R&B to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
