Head Chef
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team in delivering our seasonal, sharing-focused menu, encompassing everything from small plates to gastropub classics, alongside our popular Saturday brunch and Sunday roasts. You will also oversee the bar, ensuring a high-quality offering of craft beers, classic cocktails, gins, and wines.
Requirements
- An enthusiastic, dynamic, and qualified Head Chef ready for a new challenge.
- Demonstrated experience working with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus.
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen with a clear understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
- A successful track record of managing kitchen operations, including stock control and Gross Profit (GP) management.
- Experience in a high-volume environment.
- Technical skill and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing leadership and motivation.
- Control stock levels and manage food costs to achieve target GP.
- Maintain strict adherence to Health and Safety standards.
- Develop and implement seasonal menus in line with company ethos.
- Contribute to the overall success of the pub's food and beverage offering.
