A great opportunity to join a leading Contract Cateter in the heart of Manchester City. The starting salary is £50,000 - £52,000 for a 40 hour week. This is a Monday to Friday role with core hours being 7am to 3.30pm with no weekends and an occasional evening event paid as overtime.

You will lead a team of 7/8 kitchen staff. The Head Chef will need experience gained within Contract Catering and have catered for staff dining as well as hospitality / fine dining.
This client is looking for a Head Chef who has previous Contract Catering experience in their career.
The day to day offer is a staff restaurant with 2 hot mains for lunch as well as small amount of grab and go and composite salad options. There is a small amount of hospitality including buffets, bowl food and some fine dining. You will produce around 500-700 covers at full capacity for lunch each day all prepared from fresh.
