Head Chef – New Opening – up to £80,000 - Berkshire

We are looking for a talented Head Chef to oversee this stunning new venue, which is a high-end Gastro Pub / Bistro, cooking the food everyone loves.

You really need to be a passionate Chef for this role and ideally be classically trained to have the skill level required for this role. You will be making everything in-house, from Charcuterie to pickling and preserving goods.

Responsibilities

As Head Chef you will be creating delicious British/European cuisine using only the freshest seasonal produce and the menu changes regularly. You must have experience of at least 2 AA rosette standard predominantly on your CV.

  • Work closely with the owners to develop new ideas to make this venue one of the best in the area.
  • Responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen.
  • Managing the GP, Health and Safety aspects of the business.
  • Involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade.

Salary

A salary of up to £80,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
