About the Role
Are you a passionate and experienced Head Chef ready to lead a talented kitchen team? At Wildwood Taunton, we're looking for an inspiring leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional food, and is committed to developing their team.
As our Head Chef, you'll take ownership of the kitchen, driving food quality, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, managing costs, and creating a positive, high-performing culture. - Salary up to £40,000 based on a 45-hourly paid contract, this includes service charge - yes it really does add up!
- As it is an hourly pay if you ever work additional hours, you will always be paid. You never work for free for Wildwood!
