Head Chef – High-End Vietnamese Cuisine

Salary: £45,000–£50,000 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced and mature Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef or ambitious Sous Chef to join a stable and exciting project focused on high-end Vietnamese cuisine.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with a strong background in high-end kitchens, particularly South East Asian cuisine, who is looking to step away from the intensity and volume of larger, busier operations while still having the opportunity to lead, create and make their mark.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working closely with a small team of 6 chefs. The role will cover everything from kitchen leadership and team management through to menu development, ordering, administration, prep and maintaining consistently high standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
