HEAD CHEF Bistro Sablé
Islington – Canonbury, London N1 2DG

Bistro Sablé is a French bistro in the heart of Islington, serving classic French dishes using quality, seasonal produce. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and take ownership of the day-to-day kitchen operation.

THE ROLE

  • Lead and develop the kitchen team.
  • Deliver consistently high-quality French food.
  • Help develop seasonal menus and daily specials.
  • Manage ordering, stock, food GP and wastage.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and FOH team.
  • Create a positive and well-organised kitchen environment.
  • Train and develop junior chefs.
