About the Role
A Head Chef should have natural leadership traits, and be able to motivate their team to challenge themselves towards the next career steps; overseeing a kitchen effortlessly turning the freshest of the British produce into beautifully presented dishes.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Long-term experience leading a high-quality kitchen
- Experience with menu developments, specs creation, with focus on cost-effective solutions through understanding of daily and periodical financial aspects of the business
- Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
- Ability to work autonomously and alongside our Head Office and Operations teams
