We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The Blues Kitchen - Brixton.

The Blues Kitchen brings together bold food, world-class music and incredible hospitality, all under one roof. Our kitchens are built around food people genuinely crave. Great steaks, award-winning buffalo wings, fresh ingredients cooked properly, and big flavours done with consistency and care. It’s a high-volume kitchen with high standards, where quality matters on every service.

As Head Chef, you’ll lead from the front. Owning the kitchen, shaping the food culture, developing the team and driving standards across every part of the operation. You’ll be responsible for delivering consistently brilliant food, building a strong kitchen team and running a kitchen that is organised, disciplined and ambitious. This is a role for a serious chef and leader. Someone who loves the craft, knows how to inspire a brigade and wants to build something exceptional.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
