Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the kitchen, ensuring every service runs smoothly while inspiring your team to deliver their very best.
You'll:
- Lead, coach, and develop your kitchen team to achieve outstanding results.
- Deliver consistently high-quality food that keeps guests coming back.
- Manage rotas, stock, ordering, and food costs to maximize performance.
- Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Create a positive, supportive culture where your team can thrive.
- Work closely with the management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

- Has previous experience leading a high-volume kitchen.
- Is passionate about developing and motivating others.
- Thrives under pressure and enjoys the buzz of a busy service.
- Takes pride in delivering fantastic food every time.
- Has excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Leads with energy, positivity, and a hands-on approach.
