Concept Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Chef / Chef Manager to work within a secure government site catering environment at Hanslope Park Campus.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong catering professional with leadership experience and existing security clearance.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00 – 15:30
Pay Rate
- £18.00 per hour PAYE

Duties Include
- Managing day-to-day kitchen operations
- Leading and supervising kitchen staff
- Food preparation and service delivery
- Menu planning and stock control
- Managing food hygiene and health & safety compliance
- Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
- Managing ordering, waste control and kitchen organisation
- Liaising with site management and catering teams
Requirements
- Previous Head Chef or Chef Manager experience essential
- Experience within contract catering or high-volume catering environments preferred
- Food Hygiene certification required
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to manage kitchen operations independently
- Candidates must already hold SC Clearance as a minimum requirement
- Right to Work in the UK required
