Salary: Up to £50,000
Location: Windsor, Berkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
A £50,000, Monday to Friday and finished by 3:30pm: with a kitchen and menu you can genuinely make your own.
I'm recruiting a Head Chef for a prestigious corporate head office in Windsor, leading a fresh:food staff dining operation with a small amount of hospitality.
You'll have full autonomy over the weekly menu, a strong kitchen team and a large, modern kitchen with plenty of scope to get creative and develop the food offer.
Salary and Benefits

The Operation
- Premium B and I contract catering
- Up to 300 people on-site
- Breakfast and lunch service
- Fresh:food staff dining
- Hot counter and additional daily food offer
- Small amount of corporate hospitality

The Role
- Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation
- Create and develop the weekly menus
- Bring fresh ideas to the food offer
- Lead and develop the kitchen team
- Stay visible and engaged with customers
- Manage ordering, stock and waste
- Control food costs and maintain standards
- Deliver consistently fresh, appealing food

About You
- B and I or contract catering experience beneficial
- Strong fresh:food background
- Creative and confident developing menus
- Excellent people and kitchen management skills
- Commercially aware and organised
